Sitsabo Project Managers, a professional design & build firm principally concerned with determining the mechanisms by which an infrastructure project may be brought about presents an accredited NQF4 Project Management course.

The South African Government through the National Development Plan (NDP) has identified infrastructure development as a priority area in stimulating economic growth. Fundamental to the NDP is the creation of employment opportunities especially for the youth and the eradication of poverty. Implementation has been identified as a major hurdle in the roll-out process of the NDP.

The purpose of this course is to develop local construction sector capacity, maximise transfer of skills and entrepreneurial abilities. In response to difficulties in the transitioning of graduates from an academic environment into industry and from a technical background into management, the course equips young professionals and managers in infrastructure delivery to operate more efficiently and effectively. The links that Sitsabo Project Mangers has established with UK based academics and industry professionals serve to ensure that the course remains relevant and reflect rapidly changing developments and demands globally.

The course embodies contemporary technologies in infrastructure development. Formal lectures include learning activities that incorporate group and self-study activity as well as practical enforcement within a structured project environment. Learners qualify for the Project Management NQF Level 4.
